Vector Institute (Toronto)
The Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence, affiliated with the University of Toronto, has become one of the world’s leading AI research institutes. The Pan-Canadian AI Strategy
In 2022, the federal government committed an additional $443 million to Phase 2 of the Pan-Canadian AI Strategy, bringing total federal AI investment to over $2 billion. Key initiatives include:
